Auden is a journalism and political science student at Northeastern University with a passion for print journalism and visual storytelling. He grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and attended Bard High School Early College in Manhattan, from which he graduated with an A.A. degree from Bard College. At his high school, he was the editor-in-chief of the idiosyncratic literary magazine The Underground and founder of The Bard Film Club, the latter with which he wrote, directed, anchored, and produced a 14-episode series called the Bard Broadcasting Channel. Additionally, during the summer of 2023, he did a four-week internship for the non-profit publication Streetsblog NYC, primarily covering city infrastructure issues and transportation equity. At Northeastern, Auden has transferred his experience to The Huntington News as a news staff writer and deputy campus editor, where he continues to hone his skills as well as provide relevant, accurate, and engaging stories to the university's student population.
